Our training was developed, following extensive research by the First Aid Industry Body, who concluded their training should:

 

1) Focus on stress and common mental health illnesses with a robust Mental Health Action Plan to help those in crisis or need

2) Training on how to implement and support your strategy for Mental Health and Wellbeing in your workplace

3) Information on self help and wellbeing to aid prevention and enable you to apply wellbeing ideas to the workplace 

 

These are the certified courses we are able to offer you:

Half Day Course -  Mental Health Awareness (Suitable for all staff that want to increase their awareness in mental health for themselves and others) Standard Rate £90pp or £80pp Earlybird Discount (booked 14 days and paid 7 days, in advance)

One Day Course -  Mental Health in the Workplace (Suitable for anyone who has Line Manager responsibility or wants to increase their awareness of mental health and how to support and manage it in the workplace) Standard Rate £150pp or £140pp Earlybird

Two Day Course -   Mental Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace (Suitable for anyone who has Line Manager responsibility, who is responsible for staff wellbeing or wants to increase their awareness of Mental Health & Wellbeing, and how they can influence it in the workplace)  Standard Rate £260pp or £240pp Earlybird
